We get it, sometimes a fit doesn’t fit, or a vibe doesn’t vibe. If something you ordered isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right. No stress, no guilt. Just drop us a line and we’ll take care of you.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange, simply email us at: ondamisc@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we'll guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
- Discount codes or expedited shipping options cannot be applied to exchange orders.
Refunds
- Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a small handling fee.
- Store credit refunds are free of charge and delivered as a digital gift card.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed items
- Items purchased during sitewide sales or markdown events
Return Shipping
- If your item qualifies for return/exchange, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
- For hats and accessories, customers may be asked to cover return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ONDA DRIFT is not responsible for packages lost or marked as delivered by the carrier.
We recommend selecting a tracked shipping method and verifying your delivery address.
